Patrick Selikem, Secretary
Patrick Selikem is involved in research with the interprogrammes Office at the 37 Military Hospital. He is a programming enthusiast with special interest in open source GIS applications and data analysis.He studied at the University of Cape Coast and is completing an LLB with the University of London. Patrick joined the GCA in 2011.
